Es divideix en 2: PREVENTIVA si l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 es fa abans que ocorri el dany o CORRECTIVA si es fa despr\u00e9s que hagi ocorregut el dany al recurs f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<strong>Mantenir<\/strong>. At\u00e9n les necessitats del servei que ofereixen els recursos. Despeses que s&#8217;han de realitzar per a permetre el normal funcionament d&#8217;un B\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00das. Pintura, neteja, ajustaments, canvis d&#8217;oli, filtres, engreixats, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reparar<\/strong>. Subsanar la capacitat de servei del b\u00e9. En les reparacions existeix un dany produit al b\u00e9, ja sigui de forma accidental, intencionada o fortuita.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Substituir<\/strong>. Quan un equip que forma part d&#8217;un sistema ha arribat al final de la seva vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millorar<\/strong>. Les millores suposen inversions en un b\u00e9 que li fan augmentar la capacitat de servei, ja sigui prolongant la seva vida \u00fatil o augmentant la seva productivitat.
