At atac Process Management we have developed tools and methods of project management, which combined with an intense use of the new IT platforms, has allowed us to standardize processes, leading on one hand, to an improvement in work and on the other the resulting quality of said work. This optimization allows us to re-direct the time gained towards strategy and customer services.
